At Comfort Gears, we specialize in pre-loved (thrift) imported hiking and sports gear sourced from the USA and UK. Every product is carefully inspected before being listed to ensure quality, functionality, and good condition.
Because our products are pre-owned, minor signs of previous use may be present. These do not affect performance and are clearly considered while pricing the product.
Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused after delivery and in the same condition as received.

Any tags (if applicable) must remain attached.

Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.

Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned).
